摘　　要：本文通过对浙江大学827名在校研究生的问卷调查和13位创业研究生的访谈,描述了研究生的创业意识、创业动机、创业优势和困境等状况。并从高校角度提出了创业型人才培养模式的几点思考。Through questionnaires answered by 827 graduate students enrolled in Zhejiang University and interviews with 13 graduate students who have started their own business,this article describes the graduate students' awareness,motivation,advantages and disadvantages of carving a career and attempts to put forward several reflections on the training of entrepreneurial talents from the perspective of universities and colleges.
