摘 要:区域环境会影响创新绩效已达成理论共识,但其对企业创新绩效的微观作用机理缺乏有深度的认识,这对区域创新问题的研究而言无疑是一个瓶颈。本文在相关文献回顾的基础上提出研究假设,构建了HLM分析模型,并基于我国52个区域的规模以上制造企业进行了实证分析,检验了两种相互竞争的观点:创新要素论、创新效率论。研究发现,人力资源环境和制度环境作为创新要素直接影响创新绩效;人力资源环境和文化环境正向调节R&D投入与创新绩效之间的关系,影响创新效率;基础设施环境对创新绩效没有影响。最后,根据这些研究结果提出了相应的政策建议。Theorists have reached at a consensus that regional innovative environment could promote innovation performance, however the researches are lack of deep understanding towards micro - functionality of regional innovative environment on enterprises' innovation performance. It undoubtedly becomes a bottleneck for the research on regional innovation. The theoretical framework and research hypothesis are constructed; an empirical study based on HLM model is conducted using manufacturing enterprises ' data from 52 Chinese different areas to test two competitive options, that is, direct influencing mechanism and inter-mediation influencing mechanism. It is found that HR environment and institutional environment have the direct influence on innovation enterprises' performance; Culture environment and HR environment have the intermediation influence on innovation enterprises' performance; Infrastructure environment has no influence on enterprises' innovation performance. Based on those resuits, some management suggestions are also given.
