摘 要:拖拉机试验鉴定是我国农业机械化健康发展的重要技术支撑和保障。针对当前拖拉机试验鉴定能力发展不平衡、布局结构不够合理的问题,本文运用层次分析法,以全国31个省(区、市)农机试验鉴定机构为单位,构建拖拉机试验鉴定能力发展重要度模型,探索拖拉机鉴定能力合理布局的方法及模式。结合德尔菲法确定指标权重,得出各地拖拉机试验鉴定能力重要度排序。结果表明拖拉机试验鉴定能力应依次在河南、山东、黑龙江、安徽、江苏等具备能力发展优势的省(区、市)重点发展。Tractor testing and evaluation is the technical support and guarantee for agricultural mechanization to develop soundly, in order to improve the unreasonable layout of testing and evaluation capacity, methods and patterns were discussed in the paper by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), importance modeling of Tractor Testing and Evaluation capacity development according to 31 testing and evaluation Institutions nationwide was established. Combined with the method of Delphi, the importance orders of various Provinces and municipalities were calculated as follows: Henan, Shandong, Heilontiang, Anhui and Jiangsu provinces etc. possess the advantage to develop the capacity of tractor testing and evaluation in proper order.
