摘　　要：系统分析当前我国高校科研管理价值观的现状,讨论如何建立正确的科研管理价值观等现代科研管理学科亟待研究的问题。To study the values of scientific research management in university will help improve the quality and efficiency of the management services, and build a stable and efficient management team as well. Systematic analysis of current situation, solutions on how to establish appropriate scientific research management values and what kind of values to be estab- lished, which we discuss are urgent subjects in the field of modern, scientific research management.
