摘　　要：对科技型中小企业融资难问题进行深层次的分析,并从政府立法、政府援助、银行"联姻"以及融资担保服务体系等方面构建科技型中小企业的融资服务体系。We analyzed SME financing issues in - depth perspective, and constructed a service system in the respective of SME financing from government legislation, government aid, marriage of banks and enterprises and financing guarantee service system. This conclusion has both important theoretical value and practical significance for the SMEs＇ development.
