摘　　要：临床实习是高等医学教育的重要环节,实习期间的管理和思想教育对医学生职业素质和道德的养成起着非常重要的作用。文章分析了实践中存在实习生管理体制不健全、带教落实不到位、学生就业不利影响等问题,提出通过强化岗前培训、健全实习生教育管理制度等改进方法促进临床实习效果的提升。Clinical practice is an important link of higher education of medical sciences. Management and ideological education during the practice plays a very important role in medical students＇ occupation quality and moral cultivation. The problems in clinical practice were analyzed, mainly as imperfect management system, not-in-place teaching implementation and difficult job- hunting. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward to improve clinical practice,including strengthening pre-job tralning,perfectlng management and education system on clinical interns.
