摘 要:研究转子的动力学特性对其结构参数的敏感性,不仅对保证转子系统的运行安全和振动品质有重要意义,还为转子设计和制造提供了必要的调频手段。本文以东方某600 MW汽轮机轴系为研究对象,采用传递矩阵法及敏感度研究转子参数对轴系扭振频率的影响。轴系频率对转子局部扭转刚度的最大敏感度可达36%,但其轴系扭振振型变化很小。分析结果表明,东方某600 MW汽轮机轴系扭振固有频率对转子轴颈和联轴器局部的参数较为敏感。其中局部的刚度对扭振频率较低的模态影响较大,局部的转动惯量对扭振频率较高的模态影响较大。对扭振模态影响最大的局部常常在扭振振型变化最大处。It is important for safety operation and vibration level of steam turbine to study sensitivity of rotor characteristics towards rotor geometry. And the sensitivity of rotor characteristics can be used for adjustment of rotor torsion frequency. In this paper, the rotor of DongFang 600 MW Steam turbine is studied, and the transfer matrix method and sensitivity are adopted. The result shows the maximum sensitivity of rotor torsion frequency towards rotor geometry is 36% and the modal shape has a little change. For DongFang 600 MW Steam turbine, the rotor torsion frequency is more sensitive to shaft journal and coupling. And the stiffness of rotor has great influence on the low step modal of rotor torsion vibration. The moment of inertia of rotor has great influence on the high step modal of rotor torsion vibration. The zone where modal shape changes greatly is more sensitive to modal frequency of rotor.
