摘 要:高州模式是当今中国医学职业精神成功构建的一部活生生的教科书。它对解决在新医改中建设职业精神的问题至少有两大贡献:一是成功坚守职业精神。真医改需要且造就职业精神的真坚守,职业精神的真坚守成就且检验真医改;在一个医院中,榜样示范坚守与集体协同坚守二者整合起来就可实现医学职业精神的成功坚守;对职业精神的坚守有守与不守及真守与假守之分,即不谈、清谈则失守、假守,真谈加上真做,则可坚守、真守。二是有效创新职业精神。职业精神的成功坚守有赖于其有效创新;职业精神有效创新则取决于职业精神理念的连锁创新、职业精神养成的机制创新、职业潜规则大颠覆的对策创新等机制的整合。这些贡献都具有普遍的现实意义和重大的研究价值。Gaozhou model is a living textbook of the successful construction of medical prolessionalism m present China. There are at least two major contributions in Gaozhou model for solving the problem how to build medical professionalism in the new heahhcare reform. The first is the successful adherence to medical professionalism. True healthcare reform needs and constructs the true adherence to medical professionalism, whereas the true adherence to medical professionalism achieves and tests the true heahhcare reform. In a hospital, the role model demonstration adherence and collective synergy adherence can jointly achieve the successful adherence to medical professionalism. Tangible discussion and practice result in the true adherence. The second contribution is the innovative and effec- tive medical professionalism. The adherence to medical professionalism depends on the effective innovation. The effective innovation of medical professionalism depends on the integration of chain innovation of medical professionalism idea, mechanism innovation of medical professionalism nurturance and countermeasures innovation of subversion of medical professional hidden rules. These contributions are of universal practical significance and great research value.
