摘　　要：当前医疗纠纷频发,医患矛盾激化,究其原因,一定程度上是由于患者法定权利不明,边界不清。明确患者法定权利内容,健全立法,自觉守法,严明执法,公正司法,是维护患者权利,重建医患信任关系的需要,也是构建和谐社会的重要保证。The unclear demarcation of patients＇ legal rights may be one of the major reasons tor the current high incidence of medical disputes and tensional doctor - patient relationship. It is the demand for protecting patients＇ rights and reestablishing the mutual trust between doctors and patients, and a critical gurantee to build harmonious society to clearly define the content of patients＇ legal rights, improve relevant legislation, consciously abide by the law for individuals, strictly enforce the law for those administrative officers, and fairly implement justice by the government.
