摘　　要：家长在"性早熟奶粉"事件中的心理状态与应激反应有:对相关事物怀疑扩大化与缺乏信任度,极度的担心、恐慌、焦虑、紧张,对医生的诊疗工作提出过高要求。通过分析,提出有效干预措施及实施方法:重视医患沟通,理解、同情家长的负性心理状态,举办健康讲座,更大范围、更高效的进行沟通,与媒体积极合作,客观真实地报道事件经过,正确引导舆论方向等。从而缓解家长的负性情绪,避免事件扩大,将对儿童的身心损害及社会不稳定因素降到最低。Parents＇ precocious milk powder ＂ incident in the psychological status and stress response are： Things related to expansion of suspicion and lack of trust, extreme fear, panic and anxiety, tension, work on the doctor＇s clinic to ask too much. Health talks, larger, more efficient communication, active cooperation .with the media, report the incident objectively true, correct direction to guide public opinion. To alleviate the negative emotions of parents, to avoid the expansion of the event, will be children＇s physical and mental damage and social instability to a minimum level.
