读者参与的高校图书馆学科服务新模式探讨

摘　　要：该文通过分析高校图书馆读者参与的学科服务模式,结合北大图书馆近期的相关实践,提出读者是高校图书馆最宝贵的资源之一,无论是教师读者还是学生读者都有着可被挖掘的巨大潜力。建议高校图书馆突破现有的学科服务模式,主动与读者进行多层次的创新合作,通过整合读者群体中的各种资源提高学科服务水平。This paper analyzes the user participation in subject service in academic library, and introduces the practical activities of Peking University Library. It concludes that academic library users have incredible potentials, which are one of the most valuable library resources. With the current participative approach, library has not made full use of users＇ power, and must find new ways to attract broad participation to promote subject service.
