摘　　要：随着我国的研究生教育规模不断扩大,迫切需要科学化、信息化的管理。针对研究生管理现状,建立一个适应研究生管理规律的基于Web的研究生管理信息系统,规范研究生教育教学过程,对提高研究生教育管理水平和工作效率有很好的促进作用,同时,也有利于提高研究生的教育教学质量。With the development of graduate education,it is needed to manage by information and scientific urgently.The Graduate Management Information System（GMIS） is a synthesis management system developed by advanced design methods and technologies which is based on the actual demand of the management for graduate students.It makes more transparency and information in the entire process of education and teaching.By developed this system,it not only reduces the intensity of the work of staffs and improve efficiency,but also makes the entire process more efficient and more fairness.It plays an important role in improving the quality of education and teaching.
