摘　　要：目的:观察大蒜素对兔髂动脉球囊内皮剥脱术后血小板黏附的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用球囊内皮剥脱术进行兔髂动脉球囊内皮剥脱术,大蒜素组术后给予大蒜素注射液2 mL(含大蒜素30 mg)加入生理盐水注射液40 mL中耳缘静脉缓慢注射,对照组仅给生理盐水。实验结束时测定血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、前列环素(PGI2)、血栓素A2(TXA2)和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平,进行髂动脉内膜面扫描电镜观察,用显微图象分析仪计算髂动脉内膜面黏附的血小板数量。结果:大蒜素组血浆SOD、PGI2、PGI2/TXA2、cAMP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05～0.01),而LPO、TXA2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05～0.01)。扫描电镜结果显示:大蒜素组髂动脉内膜面血小板黏附数(9.19±2.84)×105/cm2少于对照组(15.4±4.34)×105/cm2(P<0.01)。结论:大蒜素能通过多种机制抑制兔髂动脉球囊内皮剥脱术后血小板的黏附。Aim：To observe the effects of allitridum on platelet adhesion after endothelial denudation of iliac artery and approach its mechanism.Methods： The endothelial cells of rabbit＇s iliac artery were denudated by balloon endothelial denudation.Rabbits of allitridum group were injected with the mixture of 2 ml allitridum injection（contained 30 mg allitridum） and 40 ml normal saline through the auricular vein,and control group were injected only with normal saline.The plasma concentrations of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,lipid peroxide（LPO）,prostacyclin（PGI2）,thromboxane（TXA2）,and cyclic adenosine monophosphate（cAMP） were simultaneously determined when the experiment was finished.The platelet adhesion of iliac artery wall was quantified by means of combining scanning electron microscopy with imaging microscopic analysis.Results： The plasmic level of SOD,PGI2,PGI2/TXA2 and cAMP in allitridum group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05 -0.01）,while the plasmic level of LPO and TXA2 in allitridum group were lower than control group（P〈0.05-0.01）.The number of platelet adhesion of iliac artery wall was decreased with scanning electronic microscopy in allitridum group（9.19±2.84）×10^5/cm^2 compared with control group（15.4±4.34）×10^5/cm^2（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Allitridum can inhibit platelet adhesion after endothelial denudation of rabbit＇s iliac artery through several mechanisms.
