摘　　要：目的评估我院近4年抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症的应用状况及探讨临床治疗变化趋势。方法回顾分析因患有精神分裂症而使用抗精神药物的患者资料,计算不同品种的抗精神药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)指标并进行排序。结果 2007—2010年口服抗精神失常药的消耗金额呈不断上升趋势;2007—2010年我院抗精神药物DDDs值呈上升趋势;2010年来我院抗精神药物消耗金额,前3位分别是奥氮平片、利培酮、喹硫平。结论针对性地总结分析2007—2010年抗精神病药物的使用情况,一定程度上可了解临床用药特点及患者需求,为评估抗精神病药物的合理用药、科学管理及开发新产品提供科学依据和思路。Objective To evaluate the application of antipsychotic treatment of schizophrenia status and trends of clinical treatment in the past 4 years in our hospital.Methods Make a retrospective analysis of patient data those were suffering from schizophrenia and were treated whit antipsychotics,Calculate the sales amount of DDDs（DDDs） of different kinds of antipsychotics and sorting index.Results In 2007 to 2010 oral taking anti insane amount of drug consumption was rising trend;2007 to 2010 in our hospital the value of antipsychotics DDDs upward trend;Top three of Consumption in our hospital the amount of antipsychotics were Olanzapine tablets,risperidone,quetiapine.Conclusion Summary of usage of antipsychotics in 07 to 10 years can learn Clinical characteristics and treatment needs of patients.To assess the rational use of antipsychotics,scientific management and scientific basis to develop new products and ideas.
