摘　　要：用l-千金藤立定(SPD)治疗神经衰弱20例,男11例,女9例,平均年龄44±11yr。平均病程3±4yr。半数患者起病有社会心理因素。采用SPD口服50mg,tid,与安慰剂双育自身对照治疗2mo,结果SPD对神经衰弱的疗效显著优于安慰剂(P<0.01)。有效的靶症状以头痛、失眠、记忆力减退、心烦易怒疗效显著(P<0.01),对多梦、注意力下降、头昏、疲乏无力也有良效(P<0.05)故尤其适用于以脑衰弱症状为主的神经衰弱患者。该药安全无副作用。Twenty neurasthenia patients (11 M, 9 F, 44+11 yr old) received l-stepholidine (SPD) and placebo in alternation. Their durations of illness were 3-4 yr. Half of them had apparent psychosocial factors with predisposing factors. SPD was administered orally 50 mg tid for the first month, and then placebo for the second month. The results of self-controlled studies indicated a significant superiority of SPD over the placebo(P<0.01) . SPD was significantly effective to relieve the symptoms of headache and insomia (P<0.01)and also to nightmare and loss of concentration (P<0.05). This drug is especially beneficial to those patients whose symptoms of cerebral asthenia are predominant. No apparent side effects were noted during the remedy.
