关于法学本科人才培养机制的若干思考

摘　　要：法学本科教育应以应用型法学人才为培养目标,在人才培养模式方面,应在确保法学理论素养培养的基础上,加强学生动手能力的训练。为确保学生动手能力的提高,应在人才培养方案改革中确保所有学生获得职业技能训练的机会,开设计算机模拟训练课程;为确保职业技能训练的质量,应在师资建设中加强法学教师动手能力的培训。The educational goal of the LLB should be training the practical law talent.The training pattern should be strengthening the training for the practical ability on the base of insuring the training of law academic attainments.To improve the practical ability of the LLB,the innovation of the training plan should insure whole students gaining the chance of vocational training by designing the computer simulate training course.And the colleges should strengthen training the practical ability of the law teachers to insuring the quality of vocational training.
