摘　　要：高校学生社团文化作为高校校园文化的重要组成部分,不仅对学生的政治思想、道德观念具有潜在的影响,也对学生求职择业观念和行为带来不容忽视的影响。综合分析高校学生社团文化对大学生求职择业的影响,能为高校更好地开展校园文化建设和大学生就业指导工作提供帮助。The college student association culture,as an important part of campus culture,not only influences the political thought and moral values potentially,but also has an impact on the attitudes and behavior of students’ searching job.Comprehensive analysis of the influence of college student association cultural on college students’ job searching can help to carry out the construction of campus culture and provide employment guidance to students.
