开放式创新视角下企业知识吸收能力影响因素研究

摘　　要：提高企业知识吸收能力是开放式创新成功的关键因素。我国企业自主创新能力薄弱,对外部知识吸收能力不足。对企业知识吸收能力的影响因素进行归纳和实证研究后发现,企业在社会网络中的位置、企业获取外部知识的渠道、企业与外界联系的频繁和密切程度,是企业潜在吸收能力的关键因素;企业社会资本的关系维度、企业外部知识属性对实际吸收能力有重要影响。另外,企业知识基础、企业研发活动强度、员工的学习强度和方法、开放的组织文化、企业学习机制对提升潜在吸收能力和实际吸收能力也起着重要的作用。Absorptive capacities are the determinants of success of open innovation.This paper analyzes the key influencing factors of absorptive capacity.The absorptive capacities of external knowledge are low in Chinese enterprises.This paper shows that the position of firms in the innovation network,the channel for acquiring external knowledge,the frequency of external contact are determinants of potential absorptive capacity.The relationship of social capitals and the attributes of external knowledge are determinants of actual absorptive capacity.In addition to those mentioned above,firms＇ knowledge base,RD intensity,the learning intensity and learning methods of employees,open culture and learning mechanism are all important influencing factors.At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to improve the absorptive capacity.
