摘 要:为了更全面地认识模切压力,采用理论与实验相结合的方法,对模切压力的产生机理及影响因素进行了分析和研究。基于模切压力的产生机理提出了一种模切压力测试方法,并在此基础上研究了模切应力分布以及模切压力与纸张厚度间的关系,得出了模切压力与纸张厚度关系曲线图。结果表明:随着纸张厚度的增加,模切压力呈近似线性增长,纸张厚度对模切力的影响要大于对压痕力的影响。利用VC++开发出一种模切压力计算程序,该程序可在一定范围内根据纸张厚度得出所需的模切压力数值。In order to have a more comprehensive knowledge of die-cutting pressure, This paper discusses mechanism of production and influence elements by the method of integration of theory and experiment. Based on the mechanism of production we put forward a die-cutting pressure test method, and on that basis the relationship between die-cutting pressure and paper thickness is studied. Finally the curve graph of rela- tionship between die-cutting pressure and paper thickness is acquired. The result indicates that with the increase of paper thickness, die-cutting pressure grows in linear approximately, and the influence of paper thickness on die-cutting pressure is heavier than it on denting pressure. We develop a die-cutting pressure computation program with the utilization of VC++, it will calculate the needed pressure figure within certain limits based on paper thickness.
