摘　　要：解释被认为是心理咨询中最重要的影响技巧,也是运用最多、影响极大的技巧。解释技巧运用的是否恰当将会直接影响心理咨询的效果。而解释若运用不当,不仅于求助者无益反而有害。因此,解释在运用中应注意其合理性、剂量性、暗示性、灵活性、探索性。Explanation is considered not only as the most important influencing skills in the psychological counseling, but also the useful skill. The use of explanatory skills will directly affect the effects of psychological counseling. However, if the explanation are used improperly, it will be useless and harmful for help seeker. Therefore, the use of the interpretation should be aware of the following questions ： reasonableness, measurement, suggestion, flexibility and exploratory.
