工程管理教育从“心”开始

摘  要:工程管理活动具有系统性、综合性和复杂性,因此对从事工程管理活动的管理工程师具有较高的要求。工程管理教育的目的包括传授知识和开启智慧,知识是人类认识自然,改造自然的工具,智慧是知识与判断力和创造力的综合,是理解、洞察、预见、决断、协调的能力。智慧是与主体相联系的,开启智慧可以从培养工程管理主体的自信心、责任心、包容心开始。Project management has the systematic, integrative and complicated nature, which thus presents higher re- quirements for project management engineers. The aim of project management education includes the imparting of knowl- edge and the cultivating of intelligence. Knowledge is the tool for human beings to understand and change the nature while intelligence, as the collection of knowledge, judgment and creativity, is the capacity to understand, perceive, pre- dict, decide and coordinate. Intelligence is always closely associated with persons, so intelligence cultivation for project management engineers should start with the establishment of their confidence, responsibility and tolerance.
