阿立哌唑与利培酮维持治疗160例女性精神分裂症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较阿立哌唑与利培酮维持治疗女性精神分裂症患者2年的有效性和不良反应。方法:对符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的160例经急性期治疗病情相对稳定的女性精神分裂症患者分别使用阿立哌唑和利培酮维持治疗。以治疗中断率、停药前治疗时间并结合临床疗效评价两药的总体有效性,采用不良反应量表、心电图、B超和实验室检查评价药物的安全性。结果:随访2年,160例患者中有45例中断治疗,两组间治疗中断率及停药前治疗时间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。115例完成2年随访,其中108例达到临床痊愈标准,临床痊愈率在两组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。药物不良反应方面利培酮的锥外系不良反应、月经紊乱、泌乳、体重增加等较阿利哌唑突出,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两药维持治疗女性精神分裂症患者2年的临床疗效相当,但阿利哌唑的不良反应相对较轻。Objective：Comparison about the validity and adverse reactions of Aripiprasole and Risperidone in the maintenance treatment of female schizophrenia patients with 2 -year history. Methods：that 160 female schizophrenic patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of CCMD - 3 with relatively stable condition by acute phase treatment took aripiprazole and risperidone to maintain therapy. The treatment interruption rate, the treatment time before stopping taking drug and the overall effectiveness of the two drugs with clinical effect , by the use of side effects scale, ECG, type - B ultrasonic and Laboratory examination evaluated drug safety. Results： with 2 - year follow-up, 45 eases in 160 patients discontinued treatment . the treatment interruption rate and the treatment time before stopping taking drug between the groups was no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. 115 patients completed 2 years follow -up, and 108 patients achieved clinieal recovery criteria, the recovery rate for clinical between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. In adverse drug reactions about EPS、Menstrual disorders, Lactation、Weight gain and so on, risperidone was more prominent than aripiprazole, the difference Was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The clinical effeet was appropriate in the 2 years maintenance treatment of female patients with schizophrenia , but aripiprazole adverse reactions are relatively mild.
