高校班干部目标管理探索

摘　　要：高校班干部在学生管理工作中起着重要的作用,既是整个班级的核心,也是辅导员老师的得力助手。因此,创新班干部管理方式,也是当前思想政治教育工作的一个重要方面。本文阐述了目标管理的概念和内涵,提出在高校班干部管理中引入目标管理的理念,分析将目标管理运用到高校班干部管理中的具体方法,并指出这种管理探索的优点。Class cadres play an important role in the college student management,not only as the core of the whole class,but also as the efficient assistant of counselors.Therefore,the innovation of class cadre management model becomes an important aspect of ideological and political education.With the description of the concept and connotation of objective management,this thesis introduced the objective management in the managing of class cadre in universities and colleges,and analyzed its specific application method and advantages.
