论大学生非智力因素的培养

摘　　要：研究表明,非智力因素培养在人才培养中的作用非常重要。它包括成才动机教育、专业认同教育、人文环境教育等方面内容。培养大学生非智力因素要从低年级学生抓起,要加强师德建设、校园文化建设和心理健康教育。Research shows that non-intelligent factors play an important part in the talents cultivation,which includes talents motivation education,specialty identification education,humanity environment education etc.We should cultivate students＇ non-intelligent factors from primary grades,and strengthen the establishment of teachers＇ morals,campus culture establishment and psychological health education.
