摘　　要：基于网络构建的方法构建疾病表型相关网络,并对网络作拓扑学结构和功能分析。结果提示表型相关的疾病在分子层面上有一定的相似性,这为相关疾病药物靶标的选择和个性化治疗提供一定的临床指导意义。Disease phenotype network was constructed based on our devised network construction approach,and then analyzed in aspects of topology and function.Our results suggested that relevant diseases have some relevance in molecular mechanism,which providing clinic guidance for drug target selection of related diseases.
