激光联合平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨平阳霉素联合激光治疗非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形的临床效果。方法收集2006年1月至2009年12月采用平阳霉素联合Nd：YAG激光治疗的21例非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形，观察治疗效果。结果21例病人平均随访时间1年，所有患者术后眼部形态和疗效满意，无严重并发症。1（4．8％）例于术后6月复发，经再次联合治疗后治愈。结论激光联合平阳霉素治疗非扩张型眼眶静脉畸形疗效满意，安全可靠。Objective To investigate the combined effects to nondistensible orbital venous malformation of pingyangmicin and Nd：YAG laser local treatment. Methods Twenty-one patients with orbital venous malformations were treated during January 2006 to December 2009. According to the clinical observations and CT scan examinations, there were 21 nondistensible orbital venous malformations patients. All patients were treated by pingyangmicin and Nd：YAG laser. The effect, rates of recurrence and complications were further investigated. Results After a follow-up of 1 year, total response was achieved in 21 cases. One case recurred after the first treatment which treated by pingyangmicin combine with Nd：YAG laser again, and obtained a good result. The recurrence rate was 4.8%, and there were no severe complications. Conclusions The surgical procedure combined with Nd：YAG lasers have the advantage of fast efficacy, short term sessions and fewer side effects in treating nondistensible orbital venous malformations.
