改良结膜瓣移植术在角膜溃疡治疗中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察改良结膜瓣移植术(带蒂结膜瓣转位遮盖术)在角膜溃疡治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,2005年1月～2010年1月,在本院收集36例已经接受改良结膜瓣移植术治疗角膜溃疡的患者和35例已接受结膜瓣掩盖术的角膜患者进行比较分析,将两组的有效率、治愈率、并发症发生率分别进行卡方检验。结果:术后2周,改良组的治疗有效率为94.4%,对照组治疗有效率为85.7%;并于出院后3个月进行随访,将两组患者的治疗有效率、治愈率和并发症发生率进行卡方检验,差异均有统计学意义,显示出改良组的治愈率明显高于对照组,其并发症也低于对照组。结论:对于角膜溃疡,改良结膜瓣移植术有明显的治疗优势,是比较有效的治疗方法,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical improvement disc （pedicle conjunctival transplantation was a cover art） turn disc in corneal ulceration in the therapy of clinical application value. Methods： Used retrospective study method, from January 2005 to January 2010 in our hospital, in the 36 cases had already accepted the collection conjunctival flap transplantation improved treatment of corneal ulceration of patients and 35 patients already accept conjunctival flap cover technique the cornea patients for comparison analysis, will the two groups of efficient, cure rate and complication rate respectively to perform a chi-square test. Results： After two weeks, improved group rate of 94.4%, the treatment group therapy effective rate of 85.7%; and after discharge in three months follow-up, the two groups the treatment of patients efficient, cure rate and complication rate of a chi-square test, there were statistically significant differences, show improved group was higher than the rate in the control group, and its complications also lower than those in the control group. Conclusion： For corneal ulceration, improved conjunctival transplantation in the treatment of disc has obvious advantages, is more effective treatment method, and application in clinical.
