HPLC法测定复方通感片中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因含量研究

摘　　要：目的:建立复方通感片中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱,流动相甲醇-水-冰醋酸(28∶69∶3),检测波长为275nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在0.5048～1.5144μg间呈良好线性关系,r=0.999307,平均回收率为99.30%,RSD为0.55%(n=6);咖啡因在0.0640～0.1920μg呈良好线性关系,r=0.963275,平均回收率=98.24%,RSD为1.03%(n=6)。结论:本法专属性强,重显性好,能够控制该产品的质量。Objective： To establish a method for determination of paracetamol caffeine in compound Tonggan tablets. Methods： HPLC column was Hypersil BDS C18 column, with the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid （28∶69∶3）, the detection wavelength of 275 nm. Results： There was a good linear relationship when the concention of Paracetamol was 0.504 8~1.514 4 μg （r=0.999 307） with the average recovery of 99.30% （RSD=0.55%, n=6）. And there was a good linear relationship when the concention of caffeine was 0.064 0~0.192 0 μg （r=0.963 275） with the average recovery of 98.24% （RSD=1.03%, n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, possesses merits of simplicity sensitivity good accuracy high precision and fine reproducibility which is suitable for determination of paracetamol caffeine and aspirin in compound Tonggan tablets.
