摘  要:以问卷调查法为主,以高校全日制自考学生为研究对象,对全日制自考学生群体特征与学习需求进行调查研究。研究显示,自考生大部分来自城市及沿海发达地区,平均年龄在21岁左右,创新和自我的个性突出,虽然学习目的性明确,但缺少职业规划指导和心理健康辅导,存在心理自卑现象。其学习需求体现在提供实践锻炼平台、增加文体活动机会和课程合理设置等方面。在对存在问题分析研究的基础上,从师资培养、教学研究、心理健康教育和职业规划等方面提出解决的策略。Based on the questionnaires and full -time self - taught university students as study objects, the group characteristics and study needs were studied. The study shows that self- taught students are mainly from the coastal developed areas, and they are 21years old on average. Innovation and self- characteristics are evident. Although they have the explicit purpose of learning, they lack in vocational plans and psychological health training, therefore, they feel interior. Their study needs mainly embody in the following:providing the practical platform, increasing the activities and arranging the curriculum setup. Based on these questions, countermeasures were put forward from teachers training, teaching study, psychological health education and vocational plans.
