摘　　要：关注研究生的培养模式不能回避研究生报考动机的问题。以武汉7所"211"高校为案例,从学校、年级、专业、性别对这7所高校在校研究生的报考动机进行调查和分析。结果表明,所调查的对象都把"对理想工作的追求"作为其最主要的报考动机,这成为当前研究生招生改革中充分考虑的因素,而专业学位研究生教育应该成为我国研究生培养的重要方式。To concerned the training model for graduate students, it＇s can not avoid the problem of motivation of the graduate applicants. Taking seven ＂211＂ universities in Wuhan as a case, the article investigate and analyze the applicants motivation of graduate students in seven universities from the four dimensions-school, grade, professional and gender, The results show that the subject of investigation used the ＂pursuit of the ideal job＂ as their main motivation for candidates, which .become factors that fully consider the reform of graduate admissions. The degree graduate education should become an important way of graduate training in our country.
