摘　　要：辅导员博客在大学生思想政治教育中发挥着越来越重要的作用,与传统大学生思想政治教育从教育手段、教育内容和教育原则上既有区别又有联系。建构高校辅导员博客制度需要学校的引导和有效管理以及辅导员自身的积极努力。Advisors＇ blogging, which is playing an increasingly important role in college students＇ ideological and political education, is both different from and closely related to traditional means, contents and principles. Building of college advisors＇ blogging system requires both effective universitylevel guidance and management and active involvement of advisors themselves.
