摘　　要：消化系统恶性肿瘤严重威胁着人们的健康,目前的治疗方法包括:手术治疗、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗、生物治疗、靶向治疗等。近年来,125I粒子组织间植入内放射治疗恶性肿瘤,因其在控制局部复发和远处转移有独特的优越性,大量应用于临床,尤其是肝癌、胰腺癌、低位直肠癌等恶性肿瘤,在延长患者的生存时间提高患者的生活质量等方面,取得良好的效果,为消化系统恶性肿瘤的治疗提供一种新的方法。Malignant tumour of digestive system is a serious threat to human health,current treatment methods including surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biological therapy, and targeted therapy etc. , In recent years ,125I seed brachytherapy in tissues treatment for malignant tumour, due to its unique advantage in the control of local recurrence and distant metastasis, is widely applied in clinical practice, especially in malignant tumors such as liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,and rectal cancer,which has achieved good results in prolonging survival time of patients and the quality of life,providing a new approach for the treatment of malignant tumors of digestive system.
