摘　　要：胃癌是我国目前最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。微转移是非血液系统恶性肿瘤在发生发展中播散在血循环、淋巴管、骨髓以及各组织器官的微小肿瘤转移灶。已发现微转移与各种恶性肿瘤的预后有关。目前对胃癌微转移的深入研究主要集中在通过寻找不同的检测方法、途径和特异性肿瘤标志物,以发现早期诊断胃癌的新思路,从而为提高胃癌患者生存率提供可能。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. Micrometastases is the small tumor metastasis in the development of non-hematological malignancies which disseminated in the blood circulation, lymph node, bone marrow and various tissues and organs. It have been found that it has relation with prognosis of various malignant tumors. Currently, the further investigation of micrometastases on gastric cancer focuses on finding by different detection methods, approaches and specific tumor markers to find new ideas in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer, and it may be possibly improve the survival rate of gastric cancer patients.
