摘 要:目的探讨唾液幽门螺杆菌(HpS)测试板检测Hp感染的临床筛查价值。方法对150例临床有消化系统症状的患儿同时行HpS检测和胃镜下胃黏膜组织活检快速尿素酶试验(RUT)检测,并对两者结果进行对比研究。结果 150例患儿中HPS检出阳性65例(43.33%),胃镜RUT检出阳性41例(27.33%),阳性符合率(敏感性)为85.37%,阴性符合率(特异性)为72.48%;阳性预测值为53.85%,阴性预测值为92.94%。结论 HPS具有操作简便、快速、无创、准确等优点,是临床筛查Hp感染的一种很有价值的方法。Objective To study on the clinical screening value of the test plate in detection of Helicobacter pylori in saliva ( HPS). Methods HPS test plate was used to detect urease in saliva of 150 children with gastrointestinal symptoms,while rapid urease test (RUT) was also used to detect urease in mucosa of stomach under gastroendoscopy. And the results detected by the two methods above were compared. Results In 150 patients,65 cases (43.33%) were detected to be positive by HPS,while 41 cases (27.33%) were detected to be positive by RUT. The positive rate matched of HPS with RUT (sensitivity) was 85.37% ,while the negative rate matched (specificity) was 72.48%. The positivepredictiverate was 53. 85 %, while the negative predictive rate was 92.94%. Conclusion HPS is featured with non-invasive, easily operating, rapid, and accurate, etc. , which is a valuable screening method in detection of Hp infection.
