小鼠卵巢自体原位移植对产子率的影响

摘  要:目的研究小鼠卵巢自体原位移植后移植卵巢的存活、生长及功能恢复情况。方法将30只8周龄性成熟雌性昆明小鼠随机分为移植组、假术组和去势组,每组10只。移植组在体视显微镜下由卵巢囊内剥离双侧完整卵巢,将两侧卵巢分别移植于对侧的卵巢囊内;假术组仅做无菌切口,不进行卵巢剥离;去势组进行卵巢囊内剥离,不进行卵巢移植。移植后对动情周期和生育率进行观察。结果①移植组和假术组动情间期和动情期交替出现,差异无统计学意义,去势组动情周期完全消失,停留在间期;②移植组和假术组妊娠率均为100%,去势组均未发生妊娠;③移植组和假术组第1窝与第2窝产仔个数差异无统计学意义;④移植组与假术组卵巢组织大小差异无统计学意义。结论昆明小鼠卵巢自体原位移植后具有自然生育功能。Objective To study the survival,growth and functional recovery of the transplanted ovaries after autologous orthotopic transplantation.Methods 30 sexually mature female mice aging 8-week-old were randomly divided into transplantation group(TG),normal control group(CG) and castrated group(CaG) with ten mice in each group.The complete bilateral ovaries of mice in the transplantation group were dissected from ovarian bursa under a stereomicroscope and transplanted in the contralateral ovarian bursa;Mice in the normal control group were only treated with fasciotomy and mice in the castrated group were treated with bilateral ovariectomy without ovary transplantation.The fertility rate and the recovery of estrous cyclic were observed after transplantation.Results Estrous cyclic was appear normally in TG and CG,and no significant difference,but it was disappeared in CaG;The pregnancy rate was 100% in TG and CG,but CaG was not;There was no significant difference between the first and second broods of mice in TG and CG,respectively;There was no significant difference in the ovarian tissue structure between TG and CG.Conclusion KM mice are capable of natural fertility after autologous orthotopic transplantation.
