摘　　要：整合素是广泛分布在细胞表面的异源二聚体受体,介导细胞与细胞及细胞与胞外基质间的粘附,此外整合素还参与细胞间信号通路转导。整合素能够调节软骨细胞的多种功能,包括基质重组、机械刺激反应、细胞增殖分化和细胞存活等。软骨细胞可表达多种整合素,包括α5β1、α1β1、α2β1、α3β1、α6β1、α10β1、αvβ3和αvβ5等。这些整合素在维持细胞正常功能及软骨相关疾病中发挥着重要作用,本文就整合素与软骨功能之间的关系加以论述。Integrins are adhesion receptor heterodimers that mediate attachment between the cells and the extracellular matrix （ECM）, and involve in cell signaling pathways. Thereby integrins can regulate multifarious functions of chondrocytes, including matrix remodeling, responses to mechanical stimulation, cell differentiation, proliferation and cell survival. Chondrocytes express several members of the integrin family, including α5β1、α1β1、α2β1、α3β1、α6β1、α10β1、αvβ3 and αvβ5, which play a pivotal role in maintaining cartilage function and inducing cartilage-related diseases. In this review we will mainly explore the relationship between the integrins and the. cartilage function.
