摘　　要：通过分析云南高职院校外资贷款项目的实施,探讨外资贷款对高职院校建设在校园规划建设发展、补充发展建设资金、提升办学水平、培养项目管理人才等方面的积极的作用和效果。Through the analysis of implementation of projects using foreign loans, the paper discusses its active role and effectiveness involved in campus construction, supporting development and constructing fund, improving standard for running a college, training project management personnel and other aspects.
