师资资历档案数据管理模型的研究

摘　　要：对师资档案数据进行对比分析,可发现资格、职位和身份这三类数据从不同的角度反映教师的资历状况,具有较多的共性,可整合在一起设计成"纵表"结构的师资资历档案数据表。以"纵表"结构的师资资历档案数据表为核心,建立相关数据表的配套支持,形成完善的师资资历档案数据管理模型。实际应用说明,该模型不仅提高了师资资历档案模块的设计稳定性和管理扩展性,还能为课时津贴计算模块的设计提供良好的技术支持,恰当地体现课时津贴计算的管理原则。According to the analysis and comparison of data in teachers＇ record, qualify, position and identity could be integrated together for the design of the teacher qualification record ＂vertical table＂. Because data of qualify, position and identity which share quality show teacher qualification from different ways. The perfect management model of teacher qualification record is supported by relevant data sheet with the teacher qualification record ＂vertical table＂ as the core. Verified by the practice application, the model not only improved design stability of teacher qualification record module and management scalability, also supported model design of class allowance calculation in technical which properly embodied the management principle of class allowance calculation.
