摘　　要：阐述了工程训练在高等工科院校中的占有重要作用和地位。结合我校实训中心的情况论述了建设"以培养卓越工程师为基础的高水平工程训练体系"的改革思路是:引进"产学结合、校企合作"的工程训练模式;建立一支高素质的"双师型"教学队伍;成立创新实训室和开展职业技能培训等。Engineering training system plays an important role in higher engineering education. Based on the specific conditions, this paper puts forward the thoughts on how to construct an advanced engineering training system for the cultiveation of excellent engineers by means of introducing a training model of ＂in- dustry-school combination and school-enterprise cooperation＂developing high-quality ＂double-qualification＂ teachers, buiding innovative training rooms,and developing vocational skills training, etc.
