论大学生人际环境系统中的冲突

摘　　要：当今社会,"冲突"作为日常生活中无法避免的现象之一,对集体及其成员的负面影响是显而易见的。多元文化影响的大学校园,出现了多元的价值观与多样的行为,观念与观念的碰撞,行为与行为的冲突,已经是当代大学校园的一个基本特征。而在校园环境的核心———大学生人际环境系统中,冲突当然也是无处不在。大学生人际环境系统的冲突,主要表现为师生之间的冲突和学生之间的冲突。Nowadays,conflict-as one of the inevitable phenomenon in our daily life-has an obvious sideeffect on the collective as well as the individual. In the multi-culture affected campus,a multi-value system and a variety of behaviors have come into being. The collision of concepts and behaviors has already been a basic feature of the campus today. Besides as the key factor of campus environment,the college students＇ interpersonal environment system is even more susceptible to conflict. As to the college students＇ interpersonal environment system,the conflicts between students and teachers,and the conflicts between students are the mainforms.
