摘 要:目的研究肺癌CT值与肿瘤分化程度,病理类型及淋巴结转移的相关性。方法对378例肺癌病灶CT值进行测量,并结合肿瘤分化程度,病理类型及淋巴结转移情况进行分析。结果腺癌CT值平均(30.1±8.4)Hu;鳞癌(39.2±4.2)Hu;小细胞癌(35.8±3.6)Hu;大细胞癌(36.4±3.2)Hu。上述几种病理类型比较,腺癌CT值明显低于其它病理类型。在同一病理类型中,CT值越低,肿瘤分化程度越差,肿瘤发生淋巴结转移的机会越多。结论 CT值测定对判断肺癌病理类型和淋巴结转移情况有一定的参考价值。Objective To study the relationship between CT value of lung cancer with its differenciation,pathological type and lymph node metastasis.Methods CT value of 378 patients with lung cancers were measured,among which the CT value of different differenciation,different pathological types and different stage of lymph node metastasis were compared.Results The mean CT value of adenocarcinoma was(30.1±8.4)Hu,squamouse cell carcinoma was(39.2±4.2)Hu,small cell of lung cancer was(35.8±3.6)Hu and large cell of lung cancer was(36.4±3.2)Hu.There was obvious difference between CT value of adenocarcinoma and other types of lung cancer.For the same type of lung cancer,the lower of its CT value,the lower of differenciation and the more easely to have lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The CT value is of certain useful in judging the pathological type and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.
