AH Plus根管充填糊剂临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：观察AHPlus根管充填糊剂在根管治疗术中的疗效。选择临床424个需要进行根管治疗的患牙，按随机数字表随机分为两组，每组212个患牙，比较AHPlus糊剂（实验组）和氧化锌丁香油糊剂（对照组）根管充填，疗效。根管充填术后3d和7dAHPlus糊剂组疼痛发生率均明显低于氧化锌丁香油糊剂组[8．5％（18／212）比15．6％（33／212），5．2％（11／212）比14．6％（31／212），均P〈0．05]，术后6个月及12个月的成功率差异均无统计学意义[92．5％（196／212）比89．6％（190／212），91．5％（194／212）比88．7％（188／212），均P〉0．05]。AHPlus糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂比较，根管治疗术成功率无差异，但术后疼痛反应小。To compare the postobturation pain and therapeutic effects in root canal therapy between two root canal filling materials： AH Plus and zinc oxide eugonol. Four hundred and twenty four teeth requiring root canal therapy were randomly divided into 2 groups ： AH Plus （ trial group ） or zinc oxide eugonol （control group） were used in treatment respectively. The pain intensity after treatment was evaluated by visual analogue scale. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by follow-up for 6 and 12 months. The pain intensity of trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group in 3rd and 7th day [8.5% （ 18/ 212） vs. 15.6% （33/212）,5.2% （11/212） vs. 14. 6% （31/212）,both P 〈0.05]. There were no significant differences in effietive rate between two groups after follow-up for 6 and 12 months [92. 5% （ 196/ 212） vs. 89. 6% （190/212） ,91.5% （194/212） vs. 88.7% （ 188/212）, both P 〉 0.05 ]. AH Plus root canal filling paste used in root canal therapy can significantly decrease postoperative pain.
