正常C57BL/6J小鼠器官组织中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7的表达

摘　　要：目的观察正常小鼠器官组织中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7(insulin-like growth factor binding protein,IGFBP7)的表达。方法利用Real-timePCR、免疫荧光法检测正常C57BL/6J小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠、胸腺、阴道中IGFBP7表达。结果心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠、胸腺、阴道中均有IGFBP7表达,其中肾、脾、肺、肝表达较高,肠道表达最低(P<0.01)。结论 IGFBP7在正常C57BL/6J小鼠许多器官组织中均有表达,但以肾、脾、肺、肝中表达较高。Objective To study the expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7 （IGFBP7） in a variety of organs and tissues of normal C57BL/6J mice. Methods IGFBP7 expression in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine, thymus, and vagina of normal C57BL/6J mice was determined by real-time PCR and immunofluorescence. Results Expression of IGFBP7 occurred in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine, thymus, and vagina, with the highest in kidney, spleen, lung and liver, and the lowest in intestine （P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is ~ positive IGFBP7 expression in various organs and tissues of normal C57BL/6J mice, especially in kidney, spleen, lung and liver.
