摘  要:目的:探讨口腔修复中简单、快捷有效的印模消毒方法。方法:分别用0.1%洗必泰和蒸馏水调拌藻酸盐印模材料对模仿三单位固定桥的金属模具制取印模,用蒸馏水调拌的印模分别用2%戊二醛溶液浸泡消毒10 min2、0 min、30 min,与清水冲洗组(对照组)作对照,每组10个印模,然后灌制人造石模型,用测量显微镜测量并比较人造石模型指标线长度的差异,精度为0.001 mm,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:用0.1%洗必泰调拌藻酸盐印模材料与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用蒸馏水调拌浸泡消毒组在浸泡20 min以内与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);浸泡30 min后与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.1%洗必泰直接调拌藻酸盐印模材进行印模消毒不影响印模复制精度,可用于口腔科印模消毒。Objective:To discuss the simple, efficient method of disinfection for dental impression materials in the chinical practice. Methods:To compare the dimensional accuracy of alginate impression materials mixed with 0. 1% chorhexidine solution with the conventionally disinfected alginate impression immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde solution, ten alginate impressions mixed with chorhexidine solution and distilled water , were respectively taken from the same metal master cast. The alginate impressions mixed with distilled water were immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde for 10 min,20 min ,30 min. The no-immersion group served as control. Vertical and horizontal dimensions between landmarks on the masters and plaster casts were measured with an optical microscope( accuracy degree is 0. 001 mm). ANOVA was used to compare the measurements among the materials. Results:The dimensional accuracy of alginate impression materials mixed with chorhexidine solution showed no statistical difference with control group (P 〉 0.05). However, statistical difference in accuracy with control group were found for the alginate impression immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde for 30 rain ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : Alginate impression materials mixed with 0.1% chorhexidine solution did not cause significant dimensional changes so that it can be used to disinfect dental impression materials.
