摘　　要：本文从加强理论学习，提高政治觉悟；以身作则，为人师表；文明修身，提升素质；充满热情，乐于奉献和关爱学生，一视同仁五个方面，对高校青年辅导员人格魅力的培养问题进行了探讨。This article discusses the cultivation of personal charm of the young college counselor from five aspects that are the strengthen theoretical study and improve political awareness, lead by example and serve as role models, civilization self and to improve quality, passionate and dedicated, care for students and non - discriminatory.
