摘　　要：目的探讨临床药学服务方法研究进展,促进医院临床药学的发展。方法查阅临床药学服务的各种文献,分析药学监护、药物使用评估、处方分析、药物经济学研究、药学查房与药历书写、药学信息服务与宣教工作等各种临床药学服务方法。结果医院临床药学服务具有多种方法,临床药师可采取各种方法为临床提供药学服务。结论临床药学服务的开展对保证合理用药具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the progress of the methods of clinical pharmaceutical care research in clinical pharmacy, and promote the development of hospital pharmacy. Methods Consult the literature of clinical pharmaceutical care and analysis various clinical pharmaceutical care methods, such as pharmaceutical care, drug utilization evaluation, prescription analysis, pharma - ceutica economic research, pharmaceutical rounds and the medicine calendar writing, pharmacy information service and mission. Results Clinical pharmaceutical care has a variety of methods, clinical pharmacists could adopt various methods to support clinical pharmacy services. Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical care to ensure the development of rational drug use is of great significance.
