我国水资源利用中的问题与可持续利用对策

摘　　要：水资源是人类赖以生存和社会经济发展不可缺少的物质基础。根据水资源研究发展进程,对水资源的概念给以界定,对我国水资源的现状进行论述,认为我国水资源总量丰富,人均占有量较低;水资源空间分布不均匀;水资源年内分布不均;水资源使用量逐年增加。对我国水资源利用中的问题及原因进行了分析,认为我国水资源有效利用程度低,水资源浪费严重;供需矛盾尖锐;污染严重;污水处理能力有待进一步提高;地下水超采引起地质环境恶化;水资源不合理利用,导致生态环境恶化。结合我国的实际情况,初步对我国水资源可持续利用提出了对策建议,以期对我国水资源的可持续应用,起到积极的作用。The water resources are essential material base for human survival and social-economic development. First, according to the process of water resources research and development, the paper defines the water resources concept. Second, it discusses the current situation of water resources in China and regards that our country＇s total quantity of water resources is richer; the average amount per capita is lower; the spatial distribution of water resources is non-uniform; water resources distribute non-uniform in a year; water resource usage increases year by year. Third, it analyzes questions and reasons of our country water resources use,thinks that the effective use of water resources in our country is low; the waste of water resources is serious; water resource supply and demand contradiction is sharp; water resource pollution is serious; sewage treatment ability waits for further enhancing; overexploitation of groundwater causes geological environmental degradation; of the unreasonable use water resources causes the ccologlcal environment deterioration. Finally, the paper combines with the actual situation in our country and proposes water resources sustainable use countermeasure in our country, in order to play a positive role in water resources sustainable application in China.
