摘　　要：在少子化时代对幼儿个性和谐发展带来了挑战的同时也提出了要求,少子化时代背景下如何促进幼儿个性和谐发展已经成为了关注的焦点。需要发挥政府主导作用、增强社区凝聚力、促进家园合作并转变家庭教育观念,以此来促进幼儿个性和谐发展。Harmonious development of children＇s personalities faces challenges and requests in the time of falling population of children.How to promote the harmonious development of children＇s personalities has been a central issue.The government should play a leading role in promoting the harmonious development of children＇s personalities.The cohesion force of community should be strengthened.As well as,the cooperation between families and kindergartens should be promoted and the educational ideas of families should be changed.
