摘　　要：物流管理专业是综合性、实践性很强的新兴专业。通过对物流管理专业人才培养目标和规格、专业能力和能力要素的确定,以及模块总体架构的设计,构建了以应用能力培养为核心的模块化人才培养方案,探索了"高层次、应用型、国际化"物流管理人才培养模式。Logistics management major is a comprehensive and practical emerging major.Through determination of talents training target and specification,professional competency and ability factors of logistics management major,and design of overall framework module,the paper tries to construct modular talents training scheme which focuses on the training of application ability,explore ＂high level,applied and international＂ logistics management talents training mode.
