摘 要:随着我国高等教育机构的类型日益复杂,高等教育分层引起了大家的思考和关注。马丁.特罗经过考察,归纳出各国对于高等教育分层的态度,并分析了影响高等教育分层的决定因素。马丁.特罗高等教育分层思想可以为我国高教提供启示:制定分类框架的目的是促进多样化、分类政策须遵循自下而上的设计和实施路径、分类框架的设计必须遵循高等教育演进的逻辑。With the growing sophistication of higher education, the theory of stratification or hierarchy of educational institution has drawn considerable attention from researchers. The paper introduces Martin Trow's theory which generalizes different governments' attitude towards the stratification of higher education. He analyzes the key factors that affect the hierarchy. The paper points out that the Martin's theory can lend enlightenments to the development of higher education in China. The stratification framework can help to diversify the institutions. It also suggests that the stratification should be well planned and should comply with the evaluation rule of higher education.
